I have been so busy with everyday life activities that I have been neglecting my scrapbook room (and I really need to get in there and finish up my design team projects for May). I was finally able to sneak in about a half an hour tonight to get this card finished. I used Laura's sketch this week at 2sketches4you.

Well, I finally got a chance tonight to sneak into my scrap room and complete a card for this weeks challenge at 2sketches4you. The sketch this week comes from Kazan and I loved it the minute I saw it. It just took me a while to get to it because we have been out of town visiting my step-daughter and her newly adopted baby girl….she is so cute and tons of dark hair. This is my hubby’s second grandchild and he is a pretty pleased grandpa. Anyway, here is my card……

It is nice to have a chance to get into my scrapbook room and get something accomplished. Here is the card that I have created this week based upon Laura's sketch 23 at 2sketches4you. I had the idea for this card in my head for the last few days, but I finally snuck in a few minutes that my kids were taking naps all at the same time.

How Time Flies....

It has been two weeks since I have posted to my blog and I don’t have much crafting to show for it, but I do have two cards I want to share. I completed these cards this last week, but just didn’t have the time to get them posted and I forgot to do it last night before I went to bed. Both of these cards are based on the sketch last week by Kazan at 2sketches4you. I have had some personal stuff going on and I have lacked motivation to get into my scrapbooking room….where I should be to help distract me from the stuff going on. I have completed the rest of the 14 male birthday cards for my swap next month, so I guess I have done something, but I have already shared that card with you HERE.
