Kazan's Sketch 6 at 2 Sketches 4 You

Here is my take on the card for this weeks 2sketches4you challenge. The cardstock, stamps, and ink are from Stampin Up; the patterned paper is from Die Cuts With A View (it has glitter on it); the ribbon is from All My Memories. I used my cricut and the Pooh font cartridge to cut out the "baby"; the scallop and baby carriage are cut with the Graphically Speaking cartridge. I used my new Martha Stewart Doily Lace punch to do the lacey edge at the bottom on the pink cardstock. I embossed the green carstock with my cuttlebug and the swiss dots embossing folder. I then ran my ink pad over the embossed image to get the dots to really stand out. I used stickles glitter glue on the green part of the carriage and on the "baby". I used my sewing machine and stitched on the card, too. Thanks for looking.

  1. Amy this is darling - first off these are the colors of my baby's room - Pink and green is so pretty together and I love how you contrasted the embossing. This card is so pretty I love it :)

  2. Wow this is pretty. I just love that DCWV paper, I have so much of it. Will have to play with it. I just got the Swiss dots embossing folder. Love that you used ink on it. What a great ide. I will have to look for that punch, I see it used everywhere!
