Happy Day with My Craft Spot!

Happy 4th of July to my American friends!!  Now that it is July and we are well into summer, there is a Sunny Days challenge today at My Craft Spot.  The challenge is to create something that reminds you of summer.  For me and my family, we love to go hiking in the mountians and so this adorable moose image from the Campin' Critters Cricut cartridge was perfect for my theme.  I also cut the background with the trees from the same cart.  The sun is cut from Mickey and Friends.  I added some texture to the trees with my cuttlebug and tied it all up with some yummy bakers twine from The Twinery that you can now get from My Craft Spot.  This card measures 5 inches x 5 inches.

Here is a close up of that adorable moose.  I inked the die cut images and also added some pen stitching around the edges of the backpack and the card:
