Little Love Notes

Hey everyone!!  I have been having some fun playing with my Copic markers this week.  I usually pack a little note on a post-it in with my hubby's lunch when he works out of town, but as I was packing his lunch the other day, I thought it would be really fun to make some little 3x3 note cards to tuck in there instead of those ugly post-its.  So, I pulled out this cute set called Falling For You from Paper Smooches and started coloring away..........

I made the cards pretty simple, just adding a dotted frame from the Small Talk stamp set at My Creative Time, the colored Paper Smooches images and sentiments popped up with some foam adhesive, and then a little bit of the fabulous bakers twine from The Twinery on some kraft cardstock.  Here is a closer look at the mini cards....

So, what do you think??  I am loving them and I am sure that hubby will, too (now I need to remember to delete this from his email in the morning...he is subscribed to the feeds.....lol).

Have a great day!!

Hugs,
Amy

  4. You're coloring is amazing; it would pop these images of the cards, even without the foam adhesive! I love the way you segmented the sentiments too. I'm sure your husband will love and appreciate them.
